Dan Ryan is a graduate of the University of Maryland
School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland. His degree of Juris Doctor followed
Masters degrees in Business from California State University and in Mathematics
from the University of Maryland, and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from
Tulane University. While in law school, he served as a member of the staff and
then Associate Editor for the school’s Law Review, and for two years served as a
member of the Moot Court Board. He received the Bridgewater M. Arnold Prize in
Commercial Paper, and American Jurisprudence Awards in Commercial Paper and in
Contracts. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the Bar of the District
of Columbia, and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court in
Maryland, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He
teaches Engineering Law and Internet and On-Line Law for George Washington
University in Washington, D. C.
With a career spanning thirty years in
government, private industry and law, Dan has a wealth of experience upon which
to draw in creating innovative solutions to clients’ legal problems.
